Jessica and Corey met through a mutual friend at a bar in McDonough and even though they didn’t talk much after their initial meeting, they added each other on Facebook! About a year later, Corey reached out to Jessica on Facebook and checked in on her. After that, they eventually went on a date to the Perry Fair.

Fast forward 5 years, it was time for the Perry Fair again. They always tried to make a point to go every year, but 2018 was a special one. Corey, Jessica, and their family walked around for a bit and Corey kept pushing for them to go on the huge ferris wheel. Finally they went, along with their siblings. At the very top, Jessica turned around, and Corey had the ring out, asking her to marry him! When they got off the Ferris wheel, Jessica’s mom and her boyfriend had shown up… everyone was in on the plan! And it was happily-ever-after after that!

Jessica and Corey’s wedding day was cool February day filled with tons of laughter and heart-felt touches. The weather leading up to the day had us a little scared but, it was a gorgeous overcast day! We actually had the opportunity to use different locations because it was overcast!

A couple of my favorite moments are:

• Seeing Jessica and Corey’s fun details… take a look at their socks below!
• The girls belting Truth Hurts by Lizzo multiple times during the day
• During their first look, I asked Corey what he thought… He said to us “I just love her.” *cue the tears*
• Corey’s parents were the last ones on the dance floor for the anniversary song
• Jessica and Corey opted for a faux exit right after some speeches which let them party for the rest of the night with all the people they love!
